We were very impressed with the service we received from Reece and Monika. Faced with the daunting task of choosing a company to inspect our future home was compounded by the fact that we needed it done ASAP. I called and Monika was unavailable, but she texted me back right away to let me know when she could return my call. She was very friendly and helpful in arranging an inspection on super-short notice! The quality and detail of the report were far above our expectations, complete with photographs! Further to the inspection itself, they are available for any concerns after the fact and Reece took the time to call and review his findings. Don't waste any more of your time reading all the reviews on various home inspection companies. I've already done that. After hiring Reese and Monika I can tell you that they are fantastic all around! Initially what caught my eye was a review that used the word 'meticulous' to describe Shoreline; exactly what you want when considering whether to buy a house...one of the biggest purchases you've ever make. This coupled with the fact that there are two people performing the inspection; it's a no brainer. It's always good to have a second set of eyes when looking for deficiencies. Anyone that's been through the 'condition removal' process knows that time is of the essence. I had a full report from Reese and Monika the day following the inspection. Highly Recommended! Reece and Monika are a great team and did an incredible job on my home inspection. I think the main benefit to using Shoreline is that they have two knowledgable people doing the inspection, rather than just one. The thermal imaging equipment they have is cutting edge and was able to identify the smallest water leaks and/or improper seals. The report they provided to me was professional, delivered quickly and very easy to understand. If you are looking for a comprehensive home inspection, that will outline both big and small issues in a home and provide you with the best possible information to use in a negation; I would recommend Shoreline to all my friends and family because I know they are getting the best service!
